Why water is good for and the how it helps the human body?
Water is beneficial and essential to all life without water we would die, to be healthy and fit you must stay hydrated every day. Water acts as a catalyst for renewal, like when plants are water and grow. Water replenishes you and gives you the energy to go through your day, we should drink 8-12 8 ounces of water a day. We use water daily for example: drinking, washing, cooking, tears, and growing foods, it “regulates body temperature, it aids in digestion, it maintains healthy muscles, it supports our organs,” water is used by industry to generate electricity, manufacture product, transport people and goods. Without water we would not survive because 60% of our body consist of water. Not consuming enough water have it’s downside like if you caught the flu if you’re not hydrated to help boost your immune system you could die or make your situation worst.
In my opinion I think that staying hydrated all the time is good for your health and will help prevent some disease that are out they’re. drinking water can help prevent heart disease “which killed about 2,000 people daily” by drinking water you can have your risk of dying to 60% , Arthritis 52 million adult have some kind of joint inflammation by drinking water it help “lubricates the joint and reduces the friction that causes the pain”, constipation million of people died from constipation by drinking water it help “rid the body toxins but also help support health digestion.
