We can learn many languages such as English, Spanish, mandarin, etc. and everybody has the right to receive education in the official language or in the language that they choose in the public constitution that they want to belong. Based on Ms. Amy Tan a mother tongue is about the authors struggles with their linguistic identity. She said that in the beginning, we have different types of english she would speak with her mother and with everyone else.
Ms. Tan experienced difficulties for her mother tounge or language because of the way she spoke english and the prejudice she faced.Tan notice in this text she uses very simple and easy to read english, however at the same time we are able to understand the complexity of her argument.
