Those who do not eat breakfast 50 percent are likely to have blood sugar problems. Therefore, they have difficulty lowering diabetes or having high cholesterol levels that can lead to heart disease. Furthermore, some breakfast foods such as grains and fruits provide vitamins and minerals that do not exist in other foods. People who do not eat breakfast always give the excuse that it is “still early” to eat or that they are too busy so do not have time to have breakfast. Reason does not make sense! The way to overcome this is not to eat late in the afternoon, to sleep early or to eat breakfast on the bus or in the car during a trip to school if not time.
