The coping strategies of Whites, African American business and other Minority business owners related to business growth, employment and operation in the U.S workforce has shaped this unique and thorough research. Three theories framed and shaped this study, the poverty-need based theory, the insecurity and the disadvantage theory of realizing and living the American dream. These themes included (a) the effects of admitting the refugees, (b) the influences of banning asylum seekers, (c) fees and resources required for asylum, and (d) nation and refugee’s adaptation to their mutual needs.
Three important themes emerged from the research data; the importance of locating, identifying, processing and admitting immigrants coming into the United States and channeling them into the proper and legal path to doing the right thing as productive members of our society. A 3 the capacity, potential and ability get to work and build America by creating businesses and a work environment conducive to the expand, embrace and tolerate the immigrants in our community. Hence, creating new businesses, jobs to promote a spirit of cooperation within the community, neighbors and offering support to an entire generous nation which has received and embraced all of us to her borders to realize and live our dreams. The Authorities in the US government believe that there are over 12 million illegal or undocumented immigrants but that is estimated to be more than 20 million depending on whom you ask and when you do so.The Problem “Most illegal immigrants come to the United States of America from Mexico, ElSalvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Philippines, India, Korea, Ecuador, Brazil, and China”. (Paul Broun, 2017).
“Scripture tells us that we shall not oppress a stranger, for we know the heart of a stranger — we were strangers once, too. My fellow Americans, we are and always will be a nation of immigrants. We were strangers once, too.” (Barack Obama, 2015)”To say that Reagan teaches us that we should be against amnesty for illegal immigrants is to contradict what Reagan himself stood for – that he was in favor of amnesty”.(Eugene Jarecki, 2017). The issue touching immigration on whether there should be a US amnesty for those illegal immigrants from Mexico and other parts of the world continues to stir the hearts of the powers that be! The debate is still ongoing to date. This is more controversial today than ever.
The leaders of the seems unwilling make any more changes regarding this issue for political reasons and selfishness. That is why it is imperative and paramount to debate, reason, and agree to come up with a solution that will be long lasting and source this immigration crisis once and for all. THE BENEFITS OF GRANTING AMNESTY TO IMMIGRANTS TO U.S.A 4 The ongoing illegal immigration crisis continues to remain everybody’s nightmare, except for a few people who continues to gamble with the lives of destitute poor women, men and innocent children. This will continue to be a thorn in the fresh of the ruling class until a lasting solution is reached by both sides. Among the states where this matter is really hot are, Arizona, California, Florida, Texas, Georgia and some parts of the mid-west states. Many people from these states want tighter laws and enforcement, as well as an extension of the already existing border fence that was built to stop illegal immigrants from crossing over into the USA from Mexico.
(online, 2017).”Illegal immigration is crisis for our country. It is an open door for drugs, criminals, potential terrorists to enter our country. It is straining our economy, adding costs to our judicial, healthcare, and education systems”.
(Murphy, T online, 2017). When it comes to these matters of life and death, which involves men, women and innocent children, politics should be put aside and use the golden rule and be our brother’s keeper and be good Samaritans. There should not even be a question of legal or illegal immigrant because we all, people from almost parts of the world came and immigrated here, to this great nation and kicked of the native Indians.
No one is illegal. People should just be allowed to come and help build and move America forward. (Linda Ronstadt, 2017 From the time of our fore fathers (George Washington to Donald J. Trump), the matter on immigration issue has continually remained a thorny, sensitive and unsolved matter! The people from the right are the Republicans who believe that amnesty will open the gates for United States THE BENEFITS OF GRANTING AMNESTY TO IMMIGRANTS TO U.
S.A 5 to be flooded with nothing all the bad people who are running away from their country to create havoc and bring enemies of the states and criminals who will corrupt and destroy the USA.Solution This great nation of ours was founded on immigration the issue which everything now evolves. This is why our fore fathers included “Justice and Liberty to all.
” in the declaration of independence and the constitution of the United States of America. This is what makes America great. An amnesty approval will take illegal immigrants out of the shadows, poorly paid, low quality work, and give them a chance to be self-sufficient, advance themselves socially, contribute in nation building and economically. Instead of getting depressing wages, an amnesty would actually generate increased tax revenues as more jobs and workers come out of the shadows and into the open economy and contribute to society and this great nation.
This is easier said than done! To talk or debate about it is difficult in practice. Authorities prefer locating and deporting illegal immigrants which uses up resources that drains all of us, “tax payers” could be better used for more urgent and important needed matters such as fighting terrorism, helping the poor and focus on organized crime. A 6 great nation. This is easier said than done! To talk or debate about it is difficult in practice. Breaking up families who have made their home in America is cruel, Inhumane and it is not the solution to the problem. Legalizing and allowing the illegal immigrants’ amnesty will benefit the US. This will decrease crime and give a way for more tax-payers to come out. There are those who are against an amnesty who claim that it would be unfair on legal and say that they deserve to leave. There are some who believe that the bill for welfare and health care costs will also Continue to rise considerably for the US government and tax payers. Conclusion Breaking up families who have made their home in America is cruel and should not be tolerated.
Those who are criminals and have committed serious offenses should be deported! But, only after they have exhausted all the avenues to rehabilate and help them to become productive members of society fails! Rather than increasing levels of criminality, forgiving illegal immigration would actually lead to a decrease. This is because currently, illegal immigrants feel unable to approach or seek protection from the justice system out of fear that they will be deported, leaving them easy prey for exploitation by criminals. Many immigrants do low paying jobs in the agricultural and service sector, jobs which native-born Americans do not wish to do. An amnesty would allow these immigrants to contribute to the general US economy more fully. There are those who are against an amnesty who claim that it would be unfair on legal immigrants who have often spent a lot of time and money going through the proper channels, and playing by the rules who would cause major problems in terms of work and illegal activities, hence, taking the American jobs. Crime rate will drop significantly.THE BENEFITS OF GRANTING AMNESTY TO IMMIGRANTS TO U.S.
