The poem which has lot of symbolism is Beowulf Beowulf our protagonist is symbolized as a hero, who represents the Anglo Saxons at the time. Beowulf is a young Geat warrior who comes to help the hrothgar, king of danes where is kingdom is being terrorized by the monster names Grendel. Beowulf uses his bravery and strength to fight with Grendel, and he won the fight with bravery then when Grendel mother heard his child’s death she went with revenge to kill Beowulf, Beowulf also fought with her and won the fight. When Beowulf won these two fights the geats were honoring him and Beowulf later becomes the king of the Geats and rules for a peacefully. When a dragon begins to pose a threat to Geatland, Beowulf and his servant Wiglaf set off to defeat it. Beowulf succeeds in killing the dragon, but dies in the process.
