I always enjoy in taking up new challenges in life and fulfilling them to utmost. I have successfully completed my Secondary with 9.2 CGPA and Senior Secondary in Science stream with 88% from Indian School Certificate Examinations and then I chose to study Bachelors of technology in Mechanical engineering with CGPA 6.
74 from Holy Kings College of Engineering and technology affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University. I realized International higher qualification is essential to accomplish my goal because international education system is combined with both theoretical and practical knowledge and it will help me to achieve my goal. I understood that to attain greater opportunities in multinational organization I must possess a practical oriented qualification and this resulted me searching for a country and a university which can help me what is required to excel in my career. Furthermore, to meet the entrance requirement for the college I have also appeared for English Language Proficiency Test IELTS test and scored 8 band overall.Reason for Choosing This Course I planned to opt for such a course that can provide me more proficiency in international standard. I have also searched for courses in my country but got very little option. So when I came to know about Bachelor of petroleum engineering technology in Cape Breton University Canada ,I decided to go for the same.
I have gone through the course content of this particular program and it’s quite different from what I have studied before and understood that it has the ingredients to take me to the next level in my career and will certainly fulfill my dream to become a production engineer. Petroleum Engineering is one of the most highly paid professions all over the world, and this ensures a high quality of living.Petroleum Engineers are responsible for a safer tomorrow through their new technologies and hence are capable of creating a better environment.As the requirement for crude oil and natural gas increases so does the knowledge on improving existing techniques resulting in technological breakthroughs.Travelling to various places is a part of Petroleum Engineering related careers and serves to enhance knowledge throughout life.
This course focuses on exploration, drilling, production and recovery in the offshore petroleum industry. Combining theoretical principles with technical expertise, this degree specifically looks at drilling, reservoir engineering, processing and petroleum codes and specifications. So I believe this would be the best option to explore international standard of both academic and professional exposure. I strongly believe that this course of mine would provide me the very essentials which is needed to thrive any organization and to attain my life goal.
