It has helped me understand why I find myself in certain situations. I learned that my personalized VARK Profile provides more information about my learning preferences. The questionnaire gave me four scores and there are a very large number of combinations of those scores every attempt is made to personalize the profile so that it describes strategies suited for how I learn. The 16 Personalities AssessmentThe 16 Personalities assessment I found to be intriguing. I learned that I had an EXECUTIVE PERSONALITY.

Executives are representatives of tradition and order, utilizing their understanding of what is right, wrong and socially acceptable to bring families and communities together. We embrace the values of honesty, dedication and dignity. I learned that people with the Executive personality types like myself are valued for their clear advice and guidance, and we happily lead the way on difficult paths. When it talked about the executive type people take pride in bringing people together, and take on roles as community organizers, working hard to bring everyone together in celebration of cherished local events and also in defense of the traditional values that hold families and communities together, I found that to be so true in my life..I am the kind of person that sticks up for what I believe is right. I also believe that if you do not stand for something, you will fall for anything. I feel there is a real demand for such leadership, and It is no wonder that many of our presidents have been Executives.

We are strong believers in the rule of law and authority that must be earned. We are personalities that lead by example, demonstrating dedication and purposeful honesty, and an utter rejection of laziness and cheating, especially in the work place. If anyone declares hard, manual work to be an excellent way to build character, it is Executives personality type person. Some of the strengths and weaknesses of my personality type is dedicated, seeing things to completion borders on an ethical obligation for Executives.

Strong will makes this dedication possible, and Executives don’t give up their beliefs because of simple opposition. We defend our ideas and principles relentlessly, and hard budge off without solid proof. We are direct and honest. We are loyal, patient and reliable. We work to exemplify truthfulness and reliability. We enjoy creating order and are excellent organizers.  Some of our weaknesses as an executive is being inflexible and stubborn.

I would have to say that I do not feel that I am inflexible or stubborn but, am open to try and understand this trait. We are also uncomfortable with unconventional situations. Executives are also judgmental and have strong convictions about what is right, wrong, and socially acceptable. We tend to be focused on social status. We find it difficult to relax at times. And the need for respect fosters a need to maintain our dignity. Sometimes we have difficulty expressing emotions. I think this has be most accurate for me, because for concerns of appearing to be weak or lack of sensitivity for them.

While Executives’ level-headed, calm approach is appreciated by many, for others it is an uncomfortably direct approach. For all their social skills, Executives are especially bad at reading the emotional side of other people, and when it comes to their partners, it’s more important than ever to try to improve.Executives are people of strong principles and strong self-confidence. They use these qualities to protect their partners with admirable consistency. But people with the Executive personality type are also stubborn, with a firm belief in their rightness, and they can quickly damage more sensitive partners’ fragile feelings. With this in mind, it is often best for Executives to find fellow Observant (S) partners in order to minimize communication barriers, with one or two opposing traits to balance their forceful character and provide opportunities for growth.

5 Dominant TraitsMy 5 most dominant traits are futuristic, positivity, responsibility, achiever, and learner. The futuristic is the kind of person who loves to focus on the future. The future fascinates me and keeps me pulling forward into tomorrow. My second trait is Positivity. This really speaks a lot about who I am. I feel my positivity is the key to my success always looking on the brighter side of things.

Being responsible is the reason I wake of every morning. The responsibilities I have, the people that are counting on me fuels my day. The achiever in me is what make me relentless. The achiever is the competitiveness that I have, not necessarily with someone else, but more with myself. The learner in me is my reward.

Everything I do in my life is geared toward helping someone else to achieve, but the learner part in me is what I do for me. The things I learn to better me as a person even if it is for relaxation.
