Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is defined as the procedure for resolving disputes without going to the court. Today, alternative out-of-court mechanisms for settling disputes are so effective. As a result, courts often require parties to pursue these alternatives before litigating. They are progressively being used in disputes that would some way or another outcome in divorce, litigation, incorporating prominent work disputes and individual injury claims. Also, ADR is intended to be an option to settling a legal dispute through the civil litigation process. Below are the different types of ADR to be explained namely conciliation, arbitration and mediation. and so forth
