In soil mapping, it summarizes the properties of the soil into one data that permits a quick interpretation of the results to guide the constructor in building structures’ foundation. The study contributes to the spreading of knowledge about the existing soil in the area and their spatial distribution (Institvt d’Estvdis Catalans, n.
d.).This study is limited only within the perimeter of Buhangin Proper which excludes the other barangays located in Buhangin. Nevertheless it is also restricted within the available gathered data and the acquaintance of human errors.
